I always feel I should have a huge celebration the summer solstice since the sun is so important to me. And yet I’m always mindful that the days are just getting shorter and shorter. I can see why Nietzsche came to mind.
You and I think alike on that, Pamela. It’s bittersweet. All we can do is grab on to every moment in the sun that we can get, soak up that warmth, until we’re counting the days to the next summer solstice!
