Pixie was a motherless kitten. The rescue and her foster home never gave up on her, even when she got very sick – and she now wants to give back.
As if it weren’t enough that Pixie was a young kitten with no mother to nurse her, this bottle-fed baby had developed pyothorax, a serious, life-threatening infection in the chest.
She is now doing well. Follow her progress -please “like” Pixie’s Facebook page, and share her Fundly page to help with the medical expenses for Pixie and other homeless pets like her.

Almost Home Foundation didn’t hesitate to take in this baby, give her a loving foster home, and see to the medical care that she needed. Rescue organizations such as AHF are nonprofit and rely on the generous donations from those who care.

That’s a wonderful story and I’m melting away like ice cream in the sun when I look in this wonderful eyes.

Oh dear, that little one is going to absolutely OWN anyone who comes in contact with her. Thank dog for these amazing rescue organizations that never give up.
