Wonderful to see Harley enjoy his first day out and about. He sure is resilient to embrace all those new things all at once. What a character!
Harley is adorable, love his wagging tail! So glad he has a good life now. 🙂
So sad, mom and I just can’t imaging depriving a dog of anything let alone leaving him in a cage for years!
I wish all puppy mill dogs could be so lucky.
