Today is a very special day – yeah, humans go crazy with silly green stuff and even drink green beer…here in Chicago, they even make the river green! All I know is, Mom freaks out if green stuff comes out of me anywhere, so I don’t understand why humans would want to put it in them!
Today is a very special day also, not because of the green stuff and that human St. Patrick, but because it is Becky’s birthday! Yeah!! So, in honor of her auspicious birthday, her dog (and my cousin), Vedder, actually let her dress him up. Haha. Oops – sorry, Vedder, really I’m not laughing at you. You look amazing, as always.
Here’s the thing. Vedder and I wanted to throw a big party, with lots of green stuff, just for Becky. But she lives far away from me. I don’t even get a chance to play with Vedder! But know what would be really fun? We could have a virtual party. Pretty cool, huh? I’m a sophisticated internet-savvy dog, no?
So here’s what I would like….if you would hop over to Becky’s blog (she’s the artist, remember?) and just wish her Happy Birthday. I’ll bet we could bring a smile to her face with a bunch of those! Now, I’m thinking that making someone smile is a gift. So we’d be wishing her Happy Birthday, AND giving her gifts!
